Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are considered final once payment has been made.
Style Vogue does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including size exchanges, except where the mistake is from our end.
This includes situations where a customer receives an incorrect item, size, colour, or an item with a verified issue attributable to Style Vogue.

Reporting Order Issues
If an order issue is caused by Style Vogue, the customer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Requests made after the 3-day reporting period may not be eligible for resolution.
Customers should retain the item in its original condition while the issue is being reviewed.

Style Vogue currently offers nationwide shipping within Nigeria.

Delivery Timeframes
Within Owerri
Approximately 24–48 hours.
Outside Owerri
Approximately 3–5 working days.
Delivery estimates begin after the customer's order and payment have been confirmed.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside Style Vogue's reasonable control.
