Where applicable, we process personal information because it is necessary to take steps requested by you or fulfil an order contract, because you have given consent, for legitimate operational or security interests where permitted by law, or to comply with a legal obligation. The lawful basis used depends on the information and the purpose for which it is processed.
05
Payment Information
The current Style Vogue checkout uses bank transfer. Customers may submit a transfer reference and may optionally upload payment proof for verification.
Style Vogue does not request your online-banking password, PIN, card PIN, one-time password, or similar banking authentication credentials. Do not send those credentials to us.

Some infrastructure providers may process or store information in jurisdictions outside Nigeria where their systems or service providers operate. Where applicable, Style Vogue will seek to use appropriate protections required by Nigerian data-protection law for such processing or transfers.
08
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for order administration, payment verification, customer support, security, dispute handling, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the information and why it is required.

You may contact Style Vogue through our Contact & Support page. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or another appropriate authority.

13
Children
The online store is not intentionally directed toward children conducting independent commercial transactions, and Style Vogue does not knowingly seek unnecessary personal information from children.
14
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. An update will not retrospectively remove rights that cannot lawfully be removed.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict data-protection or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
