Introduction and Acceptance

Style Vogue, operating under the reserved business name STYLEVOGUE APPAREL, provides this website and its shopping services subject to these Terms and applicable law. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, and device displays. Customers should review available sizing and product information before ordering.

Availability and stock may change. Adding an item to your shopping bag does not reserve or guarantee stock; availability is checked when an order is successfully processed. Nothing in this section excuses a materially inaccurate product description.

Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the website. Please review the final order summary before submitting an order. Any delivery charge or arrangement will be communicated or calculated according to the current checkout and order process.

Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. Orders may require payment verification, and Style Vogue may contact you if information needs clarification.

Fraudulent, duplicate, clearly erroneous, or unverifiable orders may be rejected or cancelled where lawful. Product availability remains relevant until order processing is confirmed.

Bank Transfer Payments

Bank transfer is the current Style Vogue payment method. Customers must use the bank details displayed at checkout. Submitting a payment reference or proof does not itself confirm payment; Style Vogue will verify the transfer, and the order remains pending until verification is complete.

False or fraudulent payment evidence may result in rejection or cancellation and other appropriate lawful action. Style Vogue does not request online-banking passwords, PINs, card PINs, one-time passwords, or similar authentication credentials.

Delivery and Pickup

Style Vogue offers delivery within Nigeria. Estimated delivery is approximately 24–48 hours within Owerri and approximately 3–5 working days outside Owerri, beginning after order and payment confirmation. Courier or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect these estimates.

Pickup may be available where offered during checkout. Full details are available in our Delivery & Returns policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not absolute guarantees.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Problems

Once payment has been confirmed, Style Vogue ordinarily treats sales as final and does not generally offer change-of-mind refunds, returns, or exchanges. This commercial policy does not remove any right or remedy available under applicable Nigerian law, including where goods are defective, unsafe, materially different from their description or the order, or another non-excludable statutory remedy applies.

Please report an order or product problem promptly and, where reasonably possible, within 3 days of receiving the order so we can investigate efficiently. A failure to report within 3 days does not automatically eliminate a statutory right. Review our Delivery & Returns policy for the current operational process.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

Contact Style Vogue promptly with your order details and appropriate evidence where reasonably required. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law or accepted under store policy. A particular remedy cannot be guaranteed in every case.

Promotions

Promotions may be subject to stated eligibility requirements, availability, and time limits. Promotions cannot necessarily be combined unless expressly stated and may be changed or withdrawn subject to applicable law. Fraudulent or abusive promotional use may be rejected.

Intellectual Property

The Style Vogue branding, original website content, photography, graphics, and other original materials are protected subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. This does not claim ownership of third-party materials or rights belonging to others.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the website unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; submit fraudulent orders or false payment evidence; use unauthorized automation to abuse the service; or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to administrative, account, database, or system functionality.

Website Availability

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, provider interruptions, or circumstances outside Style Vogue’s reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability and Mandatory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, statutory consumer rights, or any other liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility will be assessed according to the circumstances, the relevant transaction, and applicable legal requirements rather than through an absolute guarantee.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Style Vogue Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The updated version and date will appear on this page. Updates will not retrospectively remove already-accrued consumer or other statutory rights.
